Sweepstakes Rules for Scratcher Promotions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Spooky Savings Scratchers Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of WASHINGTON, MICHIGAN, MONTANA, and CONNECTICUT. Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of EnvelopeWriting.com and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by EnvelopeWriting.com, located at 1412 6th St Unit 26, Coachella CA 92236 ("Sponsor").

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2024, and ends on November 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT ("Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

4. How to Enter

You may enter the Sweepstakes by either of the following methods:

a. Purchase Method: Purchase a Spooky Savings Scratcher from EnvelopeWriting.com during the Sweepstakes Period.

b. No Purchase Necessary (AMOE): To receive a free scratcher without making a purchase, email AboutEnvelopeWriting@gmail.com to request a one-time Postal Request Code. Send a stamped #10 envelope and a 4x6 blank index card with your name, address, email, phone number, and the Postal Request Code to 1412 6th St Unit 26, Coachella CA 92236. Include the statement:

"I wish to receive a Sweepstakes Promotional Scratcher. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by EnvelopeWriting’s Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules."

Limit one entry per household. Requests must be received by November 30, 2024.

5. Prizes

Prizes include a variety of EnvelopeWriting Swag, stickers, and more such as, writing supplies, and grand prizes such as forever stamp sheets, pens, and White-Out. No prize has any cash value, and prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and the random distribution of prizes.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email and will have ten (10) business days to respond. If no response is received, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance or use of any prize.

10. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.
